2012 Prayer Requests

These requests came from Kevin Ezell, President of NAMB.
 Pray through five key areas:  

• My Family and Friends -- Select a friend or family member and pray that they would come to faith in Christ.
• My Church -- Select a church staff member, volunteer or ministry, and pray for them in their efforts to penetrate lostness.
• My Nation -- Select a Send North America city and pray for the church planting efforts in that area.
• My World -- Select an unreached people group and pray that the gospel would be advanced among these people.
• My Southern Baptist Convention -- Select a national, state or local leader and pray for guidance in leading the Southern Baptist Convention.

A friend of the family, Gloria Moak, jjbbb@hughes.net, needs our prayers. She spent 6 months on crutches with three broken bones in her foot and another 6 months trying to walk again. In October last year she had a stroke, and there was evidence of 2 older ones and she has learned that she has a hole in her heart and also a brain aneurysm. They are doing a angiogram with possible coiling on Feb 6th, and if this does not work, she will have brain surgery. So after this is taken care of then the hole in the heart can be repaired. So please remember her in your prayers.

Ernie Wright ehwright@ehwrightco.com (Member of Bob Foy's church) I have a friend, Don Riley, who's sister Jackie, needs prayer. She was in the hospital for a "stomach infection" and had complications during a colonoscopy. Further testing show that she has something on her pancreas.The doctor plans to do surgery and she may not make it through the surgery. Please pray for Brenda and her family during this difficult time.

Children & Preschool Workers Needed!!!!!

Our Coordinator are having major problems getting Children and Preschool Workers for the Weekends they are working with for 2012.  Without Children workers, we can't expect young couples to come for the Weekends.

If you would be willing to help with children on a weekend,even though you are registered as an Adult Worker, PLEASE contact any coordinator you know and let them know, or email me and I will get you in touch with a coordinator that is needing help with Children or preschool.  We have a Children Renewal Resources Manual that we can get to you.

I am praying that God will provide the workers we need and He may call some of them from within our team members.
