The Overview PowerPoint presentation takes 45 minutes plus a few minutes for questions and answers. There is no cost (or obligation to schedule a Renewal Weekend) by requesting an Overview and it is a great way for the church membership to learn about the Renewal Journey and/or a specific Renewal Weekend.
We suggest scheduling the Overview Presentation in one of the following ways:
  • During a Wednesday night  service
  • During a Sunday night service
  • During the Sunday School hour with all the adults classes meeting together in the Fellowship Hall or Sanctuary.  (The Sunday School hour is the best time)
If you prefer, the Overview can be presented first to the Church Staff or Church Council or Church Leadership group. 
Please give us three possible dates with times for the Overview Presentation and a Consultant will contact you.

    One of the first things a pastor does if the church decides to schedule a Renewal Weekend, is to appoint a church member or married couple to serve as the Church General Chairperson. It would a great help if they could be present for the Overview presentation, so they could be given some specific Renewal Weekend resources while at the Overview.

    We would also like to invite them (and you) to come as an Observing Team Member to Renewal Weekend in their area.

    You do not have to have this person in place for the Overview, but it would a big help if you do schedule a  Weekend.
